Does anyone has any news about our Texian friends? I would like to have news of my Master-diorama-friend Mike Miller, is he okay?
Thank you
Carlo

hello Carlo...

Hurricane Harvey is no longer a hurricane...

it's now an active weakening tropical cyclone over Louisiana...

it's far away from Galveston...

Galveston is back to normal...

it's sunny this morning...temperatures supposed to be in the 90's...

I'm fine...lost one a/c...a water heater...some shingles...etc...nothing spectacular...

everything here is back to normal...

I appreciate your concern...thanks for asking about me...

Galveston was very lucky...

Hello All,
I heard from Bruce Bassett-Powell of Uniformology, who lives in Victoria Texas , on 30th Aug. He was away from home on a planned road trip when the hurricane struck. He said things were pretty rough for a while and his return home was by a circuitous route --- getting round/though Houston(?). Bruce indicated his house was ok though some missing roof, "shingles", a fence was gone and a few branches off trees. Power and water were on though no internet.
Mother nature has lot of power and water though essential for life in the wrong place is most destructive.
Good Luck Texas and all the other areas affected.
Black Bob.
