Texas toy soldier show 2013 (2 Viewers)

I am ready to go now for next years show !!! Staying at the Menger again and planning on locking in some vacation days in March ^&grin for end of May.
2013 I'm sure will be even bigger than this years event which was a blast !!!
 
I'll be there...2012 was a great show and 2013 should be even better! Looking forward to it!
 
Just under 6 months to go till this fine event kicks off again !!! ...........................:p

I think it's about time you tell us what a super fantastic deal you have wrangled for us at the Menger this year...

last year was pretty good...but I hope you can top it...^&grin...

any intel you can add on dealers attending...events...hotel incentives...symposium speakers...

inquiring minds want to know...

We are busy at work at Kings X & King & Country working out all the details for the upcoming 7th Annual 2013 Texas Toy Soldier Show!!!
What I can tell you right now is that we were able to secure the same hotel(Menger) rate as last year! $125 flat rate will get you a room with free parking, free breakfast buffet or breakfast(limit 2 per occupancy) and no added taxes. To get the special rate remember to ask for the Texas Toy Soldier show rate!!! Reservations are already being accepted!! So call soon!!!
As for the show, Many new dealers are planning to attend this coming May and we are looking at running out of dealer space very soon... Should be a lot of new and different merchandise to see and buy!!!
The Symposium/Dinner is still being put together and judging from the success of last year's it should be a very memorable night!!!

no problem...

the guy I spoke to in reservations...told me that the remodeling was almost 100% completed...but being as that is Memorial Day Weekend...coupled with this convention...I'm sure they will be 100% occupied...

so you might mention it to the person that books your room...
 
Just got my Reservation completed at the Menger and requested one of the remodeled rooms.Staying Friday and Saturday night there. $125.00 per night Free Parking, Buffet Breakfast included for me and the Ol'e Lady and we are all set to GO !!! ^&grin

Just had my reservation confirmed by Rose at Mengers with the help of young Martin. Staying Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. Really looking forward to seeing beautiful San Antonio again and catching up for a chat with you and all the other Texan TS collectors.

OK Howard, Friday night before the show should be the pre show party at KingsX hosted by Andy with the girls from the local "Madogs" serving some cold one's :wink2: Then we have the very Historic "Menger Bar" at the other end of the Hotel
followed by 2 days of Texas Toy Soldier Heaven ^&grin
