Dear All
"Whatever did the Romans do for us?" Well, they gave us an entertaining time at the photographers yesterday. Setting them up on one of our display mats versus JJD Barbarians. A case of good versus evil depending on which side you were fighting on! Showcasing our new Roman ROM160 and ROM167 Repel Cavalry,

When you take a close look at the photos it does make you think what a terrible sight a battle like this must have looked, smelt and heard like, The screams of the wounded and the shouts of the officers rallying their troops would have been something never to be forgotten, I don't expect the language was very polite from either side!

We found that the Repel Cavalry figures actually look better in a staggered line, not a straight line as you maybe tempted to do when you first set up It gave a more realistic effect to the push and shove that must have gone on with the first clash of steel.

As it stands we are down to under 10 of some sets and under 5 of a couple of ROM160 and ROM167, so if you are considering buying, then there is no time like the present, before they get swamped and disappear.

We had some new restocks, 3 or fewer, of the following in the Roman range,

ROM133, ROM134, ROM135, and ROM136, in the A, B, and C Versions.
A few of Rome's Enemies still in stock.

Brilliant photos, amazing action. You really have set this up beautifully.
Any word on September releases? Any update on Bier War figures or The Newcastle Mounted Rifle figures from the Anglo Zulu War. I am struggling to stay patient.
Thanks TG

Best of both worlds, nice pairing. The JJ figures work well with TG's Romans.

Any word on September releases?
I always look forward to seeing what TG has in the pipeline. I remember seeing a Lion and Tiger some time back. I'm sure we'll see some pleasant surprises soon.

EDIT: My Roman collection is not quite as extensive.

Well done TG. Really like your set up, full of action and captures a true 'clash of arms'. Love it!
