Over 56 years ago my Britain’s Knights Of Agincourt by Roy Selwyn-Smith figure named; “Standard Bearer With Cross of St George” #1662 fell from a table and his banner broke off.

Although he was still played with, he somewhat lost his appeal. He survived a number of moves, but his banner disappeared somewhere along the line.

Thanks to the kindness and good graces of “Johnnybach” in providing a new casting of the banner he is somewhat restored.

The first picture shows his prior condition, the casting of the banner with the piece of the metal paper ‘clamp’ cut and inserted for the missing lance piece, primed.

The second picture shows the somewhat restored figure, although not to the quality of restorations by “Johnnybach” or others on this Forum, I am very happy to display him now.

You are a 'big' help !

Unfortunately, we changed out the fluorescent lighting in this room between pictures...you can see from the two pictures that even the desk surface is brighter.
The colours are very close to original.

I am so very thankful for your assistance.

An excellent tribute to John's skills and his sharing with us, too. I hope others are encouraged to do this kind of work, too. It's a lot of fun!

Prost!
Brad
