Had a chance to sit down to a nice lunch with my show assistant Larry Allen today in New Hampshire at a tremendous diner known as the Roundabout Diner in Portsmouth NH, what an awesome meal and great conversation.

There have been some changes in the toy soldier landscape recently and with Chicago looming, it's never too early to start planning for the show. We discussed my room and show table displays, I have five brand new displays I am rolling out for the show to showcase some new lines I am now carrying (two a lot of people already know about, a third will be rolled out at Chicago).

We talked about a few other things as well; always good to bounce ideas off of people.

Thanks again Larry and wow, thanks for the Napoleonic Wars book, it's great, have already started reading it.

Larry and I are going to blow the doors off of Chicago this year in more ways than one, I hope a lot of you can attend to witness it first hand; if not, you'll hear about it through the various show reports and after reports.

This is going to be great...…………….CAN'T WAIT.

Hey George, YES it was a fun day and as you stated GOOD FOOD and CONVERSATION. The Roundabout is a interesting place. Sort of a "Happy Days" style diner / cafe.

Planning for Chicago started the imagination and creative thoughts. With what we discussed, and your ideas, people better make for our rooms early ... and often. If not they might lose out on some tremendous items and special events.

Glad the book was interesting for you. Never know what you will find buried in a box of books at a flea market.
