I just want to thank Matt for taking such great care of me.I had a problem with a figure i bought and he took care of it right away with no nonsense or games.If more people ran their business like Matt it would be a better world.I only do Romans and Celts so i am not a huge buyer like some guys on the forum.Matt took care of me and made me feel like his best customer.Very rarely have i found a business that treats problems so quickly and hassle free.Thanks Matt you are one of the best.Mike B.

Matt does a fantastic job at taking care of his customers. I had an issue with a figure a while back and sent me a replacement right away without taking a breath. :)

It has been great for me as well.

Also, I buy most of my stuff from Bill Sager and he has been great as well. So, not only are they great directly, but also working with their channel partners.
 
Can only echo the experiences of my fellow collectors, if there is better customer service I've never seen it. It's just another reason I'm sold on the company.
