I wrote on another thread, about picking up the FJ with the pipe in his mouth and accidently bent the pipe. Although the damage was created by me, TGM e-mailed me and offered to replace the figure. The figure arrived today. Now that's what I call good customer service and goodwill. Thanks Tom. I appreciate your generosity.
