Thank you, John, for posting these pictures.

Mandi from Treefrog is unfortunately mostly covered by Pat Wade in the lower picture - but I wanted to mention her specifically as she did such a great job during the show.

Helen's title at K&C is Managing Director, but I agree with you that I, too, struggle with believing that Andy subscribes to a "hands off" approach to the management of the company. I can see that he is very much involved in day-to-day decisions. That is certainly the impression he gave us.
