Had not heard of this until was checking what was on at local cinema.
Ben Affleck plays an accountant who is autistic but whose specialty is auditing organisations that suspect embezzlement (these include drug, crime and terrorist groups). He also happens to have been well trained in shooting and hand to hand by his Army father. Overall he has impressive skills but not so much in the relationship side of things.
He is called in to audit a major robotics company (Boss is John Lithgow) whose accountant (Anna Kendrick) has discovered some dodgy stuff in the accounts. Naturally something is wrong and some deaths follow.
Meanwhile the Treasury Department head (JK Simmons) sets up his own off the books investigation to find the mysterious accountant who has appeared in photos with various bad guys. He is retiring soon and has a personal reason why he wants to find him.
The big guy from the Fury crew (Jon Bernthal) is also involved.
Interesting comment from a reviewer was "head shots, maths problems, and pained social interactions. Sign me up".
Some laugh out loud moments amongst audience and much to my surprise cinema was full house.
According to Wikipedia this movie just released in USA and did quite well at box office.
Would watch another if the character is continued.
