The Bible TV series (1 Viewer)

I am hoping the 5 part 2 hour TV series starting in March, will inspire me and more importantly Andy with his LOJ range. I am not particularly religious, but I am loving the story line that is unfolding in the figures, especially the Roman influence. Ok it's not warlike, but the colourful figures and small vignettes more than make up for this, I have plenty of other war things. The LOJ items also go across most of my other collections in some form or another, making it very versatile. Any thoughts? cheers, Robin.

I saw previews for this series at a movie theater when I saw Django Unchained. The Touched By An Angel actress Roma Downey and her husband Mark Burnett of all the reality shows produced it so it's not a dispassionate project on their part. Many of the previews were battle scenes. I plan to watch the series even though I don't think I'll burn in a lake of fire for eternity if I don't believe the stories are true.:wink2:
