Hi Guys,

Among the many projects that are currently in the development and production process is this little beauty…

The FV101 Scorpion Armoured Reconnaissance Vehicle … to give it its full title.

Just 4 Scorpion and 4 Scimitar light tanks were deployed on the campaign. These were the only armoured vehicles used in action by the British Army during the entire conflict. The vehicles and crews were provided by two troops from ‘B’ Squadron of The Blues and Royals.

Our K&C model comes with a vehicle commander in the turret and a ‘head ‘n’ shoulders’ driver appearing out of the front hull.

Release will be in the first quarter of 2023.
In the meantime... enjoy the photos and observe how good it looks with the ‘Paras’ and ‘Bootnecks’!

All the best,
Andy

Andy mate,

A full Troop would look really nice.:) Great photos and release.

Cheers Howard

Oh yea, this is heading my way. Maybe a Scimitar in the future, a easy conversation Andy, no pressure {sm4} .
This is really something to look forward to. Such an iconic piece for this campaign. Excellent work. Robin.

Brilliant! I can't wait to add some armour to my Falklands collection.

Just saw this… What a unique vehicle! Very tempting to add to my collection.

Perhaps the guy on the stretcher was bitten by a Scorpion. These would make a great vignette. Robin.

The first land victory for the British, at Goose Green and in this instance, no light tank support, purely man power. Robin.
