I registered and tried to login, but could not get in and was told the 5pm virtual show was finished, this was at 5.06. Anyone know where a copy is?

Yea, same here. It wouldn't give me access either.

Thanks for confirming, thought I was losing it, i used to use Zoom at work and a standard plan allows 100 participants, possibly there were too many on the call.

Was able to see Kingsx display by Amber. Excited to see 3 water buffalo, one with rider for the Vietnam series. Also 3 mounted Royals for ceremonial series, Queen Elizabeth of course being one. The virtual 2 part show was at least something, but little of interest for me except for the Kingsx insert. Robin.

Yes,

I saw that segment too, it was the Napoleonic that taught my eye ...

New Italian Guard grenadiers and Polish Vistula Lancers

Look very much like repaints of Imperial Guards and Dutch Lancers ???

Yes, I do like the Vietnamese, but to have Her 'Maj', Charlie and Will all mounted on the same parade is very optimistic I think .... 'Old Liz' was 94 this year, and Charlie 72 !!!!

Nice figures though and I'm sure would look great at The Trooping of the Colours using K&C figures.

John

unfortunately I can confirm those are all repaints from previous releases

Yes, look like The Imperial Guard Grenadiers (NA57, 58, 60-63) and Dutch Lancers NA161, 162, 165-7), and painted them as Italian and Polish troops.
I have always liked both sets, and as the uniforms were the same cut as the original figures, repainting them is a good way of producing different forces from the Napoleonic Wars. This is a very economical way of getting different troops onto the miniature battlefield and his is what I have done with some French Guard figures in my collection so I could have Italians in green coats.

John

Not a bad job.
After all, Dad & I may see you at the next show here.
We may have to do all we can, and I would like to meet you all.
Solidarity, brother:salute::
