Great photos Harrie. Looks like a good time was had by all.
Couple of strange looking dudes at the back of your first photo mind, they seem to spring up all over the place. ;)

It was a cool show, worth checking out if you ever get the chance. On top of that, Kent is a cool place to visit with plenty to see and view in Canterbury, Dover and Hastings. The show had some great re-enactments as well as some awesome military antiques for sale.

Keep it silly

I picked these up at the show. Was suprised I made weight on my luggage coming back to the States. I believe below is a WWII Luftwaffe helmet and WWII German gas mask canister. The other photo is a WWII US helmet. You cant tell from the photo but there is no exit hole on this helmet. Unfortunately it is the common dude who bears the brunt of war. Hopefully, someday, the world will find a better way to solve its problems and find a way to stop people dying for political, regional, or sovereign gains.

Thanks for the pictures. Looks like it was a lot of fun. One question- Who shot down the 109E? -- lancer

Great photos. It looks like a great show and I am amazed that so many military periods are represented.
