I got a couple of Lego historical architecture sets for my birthday and built & photographed this today and tried to get a 1930s Art Deco/ Margaret Bourke-White look. While working on it,I listened to a CD of 1930s recordings by Fred Astaire whose style and films are also representative of the Deco decades. My next Lego project will be F. L. Wright's Guggenheim Museum.

Is it just me, or does it look a little . . . small?
(Not sure how big this set actually is, though.)
 
I did the 3d jigsaw puzzles afew years ago of the Empire State & the Chrysler Building.
They build up to about 3-4 feet from the ground...A real nightmare however all those pieces with the same windows :eek:.
