Obviously this part of the scene would look so much better with more Jewish Rebels !

Wow Steve, have you left any to buy by anyone else. Certainly look fantastic on mass. Robin.

Brilliant .

What figure have you used for the zealots ? I want to do the the Jewish revolt of 64 to 70 AD . I had already started making the Battle of Beth Horon 66 AD . which is where the Syrian Legion XII Fulminata got a hiding .
I was going to use a bit of poetic license and make more enclosed rather than the valley where they were overwhelmed .

A few Robin ! ^&grin I only collect the traditional Red shields Legionaries, collecting others as well would just be too expensive.

Hi Damian

For the Rebels I've used Del Prado Slinger figures that I've converted, first by restyling the haircut with craft knife. The completing it using milliput which I also used to lengthen the tunic. twisting the arm with padded pliers for the spearman figure and replacing the arm completely with one from another del prado figure for the swordsman. oval shield same donor figure, round shield some other del prado figure. painted and varnished.

This is a photo set up just using for the Romans TG figures, where as I will be adding the final moments of the Beth Horon battle to my SPQR Britannia thread on the Dioramas section of the forum, which at the moment has portrayals, fiction and fact of Britannia and Judean revolt starting in 66 AD.

I just looked at your SPQR Brittania . Bloody impressive . Thank you for your insight , And yes 66 not 64 AD.

One of your scene shows Ballista and scorpian is this Titus's attack on the outer wall ?

Great work
