MINIATURE FIGURES, VIGNETTES, VEHICLES, PLANES, SHIPS, DIORAMAS AND MORE WILL RETURN TO CHICAGO AT THE MMSI SHOW ON OCTOBER 22, 2016 AND BE BACK WELCOMING THE INTERNATIONAL MODEL COMMUNITY FOR THE 2017 FOR THE WORLD MODEL EXPO

(Chicago, IL - October 3, 2016) The 42nd MMSI CHICAGO SHOW will be held at the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg hotel located at 50 Martingale Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173 (near the Woodfield Shopping Mall); on October 22, 2016 from 9am to 5pm. The MMSI will be offering a wide array of hand-painted miniature figures, airplanes, ships, vehicles and more in a wide variety of styles and subjects representing all historical periods from ancient Rome right up through today's conflicts along with other subjects like science fiction, fantasy, gaming and movies along with vendor tables and seminars for enthusiasts to enjoy.

The MMSI is also excited about hosting the triennial event, "World Model Expo" at the Chicago Hilton on Michigan Avenue from July 7-9, 2017.
Previous three shows were held in Italy (2014), Switzerland (2011) and Spain (2008). For more information about this international triennial event,

$10 for Adults, Children under 12 accompanied by an adult are Free PARKING.

CHARITY.
A portion of the proceeds will once be donated to the Shep Paine Educational Fund (to continue the work of the show's founder and long-time military figure artist and collector.

Hey great, that's the week after our Woburn MA show and the week before Hackensack, two weeks before Fall In, the big wargaming convention I attend, so I'm free that weekend.

Just a hop, skip and a jump from Boston, 17 short hours and I'm there.....................not.................

Good luck to those who attend, sounds like a fun time, four shows in a row is a bit much, even for a glutton for punishment like me...................
