Any1 know when Steven Speilbergs and Tom Hanks new miniseries "The Pacific" comes out? I hear its just like "Band of Brothers" but obviously set in the Pacific theatre.

Hi Sahara:

This is all that I know and it's not much. The series is being currently shot in Melbourne, Australia and is scheduled for release in 2009. My bet is late 2009.

Thanks for the info. I kept hearing about it from friends of mine and then it fell off the radar so I didn't know if it was still in production or what was going on?
