Lt. Col. Robert R. Rowland's P-47 "Miss Mutt" while he was commander of the 348th Fighter Group in the Pacific.

Old Revell 1/32 P-47 kit with Zotz decals I finished recently along with Corgi pilot and Figarti jeep.

one more.. also meant to mention that the tires on the old Revell kit are garbage so had to get rid of those.

Nice build! It's not a bad kit, still holds up well today.

Did you replace the blast tubes, too?

Brad, I just cleaned up the existing blast tubes (molded onto the wings) and took a pin vice to them trying to open up a small whole in the center but that was very tricky and so so results.
 
I think I'm gunna have an eye feast of planes when I visit Duke! Another beauty mate.
