Simmo, to my shame I must confess I've never seen anything with the three stooges, however I do know they were and still are very popular. When it comes to black and White vintage comedy I'm a Laurel and Hardy fan myself.

L & H are the best, IMO. The Stooges have their own following and niche and are also very funny in a different way. I am a fan of both, having grown up watching both. I have not seen the recent movie but I plan on it, when it hits cable. I will go to my grave remembering the L & H episode where Ollie returns home with his wife to find Stan holding a hose and watering down the smoldering ruins of Ollie's house. Hysterical. -- Al

I just happened to watch the 3 Stogges with my grands kids yesterday.....I did not know there was a remake....anyway I am old enough to have watched them yrs ago...the kids loved them,, had to replay it.....,me ..I just cringed,,but ..credit where credits due....they looked like the 3 Stooges..acted like them...etc.....and they done a bloody good job of it...TomB
