This was posted in The Standard (the W.Britains Collectors Club magazine) but hasn't really been brought out in the general discussion and I thought it was such a cool thing I thought I would post it here.

To celebrate the release of the Rorke's Drift range we're offering 20 Collectors Club members a unique opportunity to visit the famous battlefields of the 1879 Anglo-Zulu War on the 130th anniversary of the battles of Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift and the obtail a very exclusive W.Britain set of figures.
The tour has been arranged in association the Holts Battlefield Tours, the world's leading battlefield tour specialists. The provisional itinerary is to fly out on January 20, 2009 for 5 nights at the world famous luxury Isandlwana Lodge, which overlooks the site of one of the greatest British disasters of the Victorian era, where 20,000 Zulu defeated a column of 1,700 British troops. All attendees will visit both Isandlwana and Rorkes Drift on January 22, 2009 the 130th anniversary of these remarkable events.
The tour will be accompanied by Ian Knight, the leading expert on the battles. Other Anglo-Zulu War battlefields, including the site of the final British victory at Ulundi, are also on the itinerary.
Prices for this once -in-a-lifetime special tour are 2850 British pounds fully inclusive of all flights (from the UK), accommodations, meals, transport and guiding, and are based on two people sharing accommodations (single supplement is an additional 500 pounds). Please note if you are an overseas club member who would like to attend this once-in-a-lifetime trip you will need to make your own way to the UK for the trips departure. Every attendee will recieve a special Zulu War themed set of figures which will only ever be given to those attending this special event, therefore only 20 of this set will ever be made!
If you are interested in attending this very special Collectors Club trip then please contact us as soon as possible (aither at US or UK Club offices) to register your interest as we expect places to fill up fast!
Any members wishing to book, who register their interest before July 31, 2008 will recieve a 5% discount.
Spaces for this trip will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
W.Britain reserves the right to cancel or amend the trip if necessary.
