To give everyone a heads up. Amazon has the world at war series for only 27.(digital) I remember watching it in the 70s. And bought th dvd when it came out in the early 2000 (I think it was $100)

Timeless series with outstanding interviews from Clark to bomber Harris mantuffel to Speer. It is also on prime.

Only bad thing is the one episode is repeated. Technical glitch:)

simply the best war series produced albeit honourable mention to burn's civil war and the 10,000 day war. Probably seen every episode at least twenty times. Albeit I like how the civil war without any film conveys the message with sound, pictures and letters..

Yeah, I have it on my wish list, albeit in DVD format. When I was a kid, PBS aired the series, and it made a real impression on me and my interest in WWII.

And Sir Larry's narration is just excellent, the icing on the cake.

Prost!

Brad. if you want the DVD's. I have the DVD's (no need for me to keep them since I have them on the cloud). If you want them. Let me know and I can mail them to you. Just send me PM with your home address. I should be able to send them to you sometime this week. Brad (the other Brad)
