I just went to the local dealer and picked up two Forces of Valor CCKW trucks! Looking good. I took photos but the computer I'm using doesn't have the memory to handle the image size. Later I'll borrow my wife's notebook and edit the image down to posting size.

I have not taken a ruler to it but the overall impression looks good. Wheels roll freely. One minor complaint - the top looks good, but it is not meant to be removeable. The "walls" of the bed aren't there under the tarp, so if you want an open back truck plan on building the slatted sides yourself. Still, it's the FIRST CCKW in 1/32nd scale so I'm quite happy. Mine were $49.99 retail - ouch! However, it is a nice model and I'm glad that I was able to get a couple. One will be used to tow the FoV 105mm howitzer and the other will receive a cargo load in the back.

This truck offers many conversion and repaint possibilities. It's nice to finally have a 1/32 US truck.

I'm going to have to get a couple of those. Glad to hear they look good. Thanks for the post.

How do you get two Elefants in to a post box?

Remove the letters first, then post them one at a time.

Sorry. That's cr*p even by my low standards.

Here are the deuce and half picture I pulled down from Black Cat Toys. They seem to have a great selection of the stuff we love and they've taken the time to take pictures of a number of vehicle and planes. It seems like a cool place.

Anyway here are the pictures:

Usually I dont care much for the "tank hunter" or self propelled artillery versions of tanks but I may just pick up the Elefant as well as a couple of trucks.

Fewer accessories for over $20 less than the Enthusiast Series? That's it?

Way to screw the small guys who made FoV's name.
