Any big trouble especially PR in the military ends at the level,,The chain of Command stops and goes down not up,,the Ring knockers rule up there ,,career ending moves by captains etc happen every day,,unfortunatly it can get you killed,,an over age Capt in My Bn did a sweep with his Co. Wanting out he used the same Lz for the lift ,,none or not enough security resulted in the command group being hit by a large mine placed by the other side,,most of them KIA or almost as bad,,unfortunatly the Capt wasnt touched,,
The second west pack carrier is rumored to have the illness also,,with a quiet Co,,tied up who knows where ,combat ineffective,,The new Capt might be named W R Queeq
