Best ever over the top Kiwi accent in an international movie ever !

Good fun and entertaining. Good cast with Jeff Goldblum, Anthony Hopkins and Cate Blanchett in addition to the main heroes. Dr Strangelove (Cumberbatch) also makes an appearance.

A couple of cameos to watch out for and one is a Kiwi/Aussie.

The Kiwi director provides the voice for a rock like alien and got a laugh when he first spoke.

Much was made, here, of the fact some of the film was shot in Brisbane and roads closed etc. The Premier was at the premiere here. However the street scene filmed here was about 30 seconds. Must have been an excuse for Chris Hemsworth to get the crew to Oz.

Played for laughs and a good family film.

Yes, I really enjoyed this too. I haven't bothered with many super-hero films lately but I was enticed by the humour - AND it was funny! The fighting wasn't overdone and the story solid (as far as they go in this genre). I found it really entertaining.
