Hi Guys,
What material is the truck made out of? Any chance of it not being of the plaster type material! They tend to chip easily......

Betcha just about anything that it's a composite of materials. I would suspect that it's at least 80% resin, particularly from the chassis, up. Jenkins uses plastic for the chassis sometimes, I believe because it's stronger and more durable than resin. For instance, the USA/British ambulances have a molded plastic chassis. Finally, Jenkins will mix in metal as appropriate, on wheels perhaps, and screws to hold the vehicle together.
