This may seems strange, but the figure grouping I really want is the "Officer's Meeting" with General Abercromby and the senior staff - similar to the K&C set of Napoleon with his staff (Tent and Table).

Abercromby, Bradstreet, Gage, Clerk, Ord, Eyre and the other british regimental commanders. With of course, the surrounding "guards".

Would make a great shelf display or diorama and it would be relatively small. Plus, many of the figures would be compatible with other releases. They would look good inside the St Francis fort and the Ord figure (artillery officer) and Eyre (44th) could show up at BoM, etc.

That's a great idea - but I'd prefer Montcalm, Levi and Bourlamarque.

Ooooooooooh no...must be something wrong with your keyboard...you better check it...I don't see the words "blacksmith shop" in your "want list"......

I'm with you though...officer groupings make such nice little scenes...just some simple non action poses...guys doing nothing...

maybe one guy sitting on a log or tree stump...
one guy pointing in the distance with another guy looking with him...
two or three guys holding and reading a map,
a guy staring straight away...
a guy looking through a telescope...
a guy with his hands on hips...
a mounted officer overlooking them all...
a guy with his hands by his side...
a guy wiping his brow...
a guy with his knee bent on a log...
anything...
just some officers in a grouping...
6-8 officers planning their strategy...
a young aide just listening...
it must of been a common sight...
that's what I want for 1812...

they don't have to be action fighting poses...

some of my favorite figures are just walking...doing nothing really...just walking...

yes ......officers with a tent !!!!!!!!!!:D....men with maps and telescopes ...I will think of more !!!!!!!!!:D
