Is this a "paper panzer" or did such a thing actually get built?
 
I believe one example / prototype of both (use the same chassis) was at least under construction. There are some pictures in the Wikipedia article:

I did notice the shells are a little small and would be two stage for the 12.8 cm and 17 cm guns. They could also mount the 21cm morser if you believe World of Tanks! {sm3}

I don't thing they finished building it when it was captured?

In the final photo the Americans are standing on the floor of the hull, if it was compleated they would have been much higher up.

Nice tank build mate and I never heard of this version. It's a very impressive tank or tank destroyer, but it illustrates why the Germans lost the war. They invested huge amount of resources into building these super sized panzers when they should have mass produced more Panthers and Panzer IV tanks.
