Thanks everyone; it was fun to play with this project - the paper 'decals' from half-a-century ago were interesting. The seated plastic figurines were handy for conversion; though that steering wheel on the taxi doesn't leave room for any kind of a stomach. The paddle pop sticks add weight to the plastic bus but not sufficient to cope with the metal weight of the lady on the top deck - Charles's cigarette is providing the counterweight at the front wheel . Most of the paint was Tamiya spray overbrushed with Lavado Wash. Weathering was via Tamiya Dull Red sprayed at arm's length from underside of bus, and mud was supplied by Games Workshop's Citadel range.
