Just ordered a selection of these figures in action poses. I was presently surprised upon E mailing Paul Turner that they were still available. At 12 pounds a figure they are very fairly priced. Just love WWI in gloss and I am going to purchase some WWI ceremonial figures from British Toy Soldier Company at the next show in London. Anyway just wondered has anyone any thoughts on them if they are anywhere near the quality of Britains Premier range or Toy Army Workshop I will be delighted. K&C have a few nice building which will fit in very well. Anyone else collect Tommy Atkins. I would love to hear your views. Regards Peter{sm4}

I have a few Tommy Atkins figures and really enjoy their toy like but very antimated appearance. My problem is that no American dealers seem to stock them anymore, not sure why.

Yes that is what I like about glossy figures I looked at the Britains matte range, they are nice but for me they just don't have that charm of glossy figures. I suppose I like them to be toy like and not bombarded with too much realism as we all get that in our day to day lives

I have some of their WWI range mixed with Fusilier and some of their Jacobite Rebellion figures. To me the Jacobite Rebellion ones are their best most spectacular work (take a look at those kilts...), although I very much like their WWI range.
