So, we're both on school holidays (I'm a teacher) and isolated (confined) to home. The games have begun!

Here you can see my Airfix, Mars and Matchbox Germans being surrounded and crushed by British (Airfix: Infantry (Green & Brown), Commandos, Paras and Support Set and Matchbox 8th Army) and American Airfix infantry and paratroopers.

Actually cant see them but know exactly the scenario:salute::.

Had a father in with his son the other day. Recommended Stratego and Risk to him. Stratego better for 2 and good memory game.

No photos unfortunately showing.

My two kids left home but just offered to provide some basic history lessons for the grandkids (4 aged 4-11). Basic stuff about Greeks v Persians, Romans v everybody, Vikings etc. Mentioning some of the famous guys. Illustrated with me holding up soldiers and use of maps etc to show where took place.

I got some coaching, now I'm trying again. This is Alamein.

Now to make sure that wasn't a fluke - Normandy 2020! I had a sort of Falaise in the foreground.
