I've got about 30 or so issues from the last two to three years that I'd like to get rid of. Make me a reasonable offer and they're yours.

I wonder how much would be shipping for that to montreal, canada ???

Cheers,

Alex

Because of the weight, it's probably going have to go priority. I'll try to weigh them and get back to you.

I just sent some books to Quebec province and it was $41.30!and the box wasn't that big or that heavy.I sent a box to California that wasn't as quite as heavy as the one to Canada and it cost $5.03.I was able to send that one book rate but the one to Canada had to go priorty.I think Quebec is a little closer to Jersey than California. Can somebody explain the reason other than sending to a different country?I sent some figure sets to Alberta province and that was only $28 with insurance and some to Australia for $50.00.Those I can understand.I know people in other countries get upset when we say U.S. only but to charge them a reasonable price we take a beating with the shipping

Mark,

The reason is that earlier this year the USPS eliminated what used to be third class mail (surface mail). So, your options are now first class (up to four pound) or priority. Unfortunately, that's just the way it is. I'm sure that sending these mags to Canada would be prohibitively expensive as they way around 10 pounds.

My carton weighed about 7 lbs. so yours would cost at least $50
