I store mine in the attic. Someone posted a while back that that is not good. Well I just retreived some boxes for a sale and they have been in the attic for years and they were just fine.
I will say this, storage has become such a problem that it has led to cutting back on purchases along with the price increases.

I too store mine in my attic, but it is a new house, and I have had no problems. SO far, I have three large cheap plastic shelving units that hold 80% of the figure boxes, while the large figure boxes and scenic boxes are stacked in a separate pile.

Many homes such as mine here in Texas were built without an attic.Gives less options for storage {eek3}
