Toy Soldier Stores in New York (1 Viewer)

Hi

Could any New Yorkers out there advise where one needs to go to buy their TS items in or around the city? Looking for K&C, JJD and WB stockists really.

Any help, as always, gratefully received.

There aren't any toy soldier stores within New York city itself.

Alsands Merchandising is out on Long Island, better check first regarding store hours, they carry K & C and JJD, not sure about Britains. Ritchie Dutkins at Dutkins Collectibles is in Cherry Hill NJ, he carries K & C and I think Britains, not sure on JJD, a bit of a drive from NYC.

If you can somehow get to Gettysburg PA, there are several great shops in the town that carry toy soldiers.

George is correct. I live in the Metro NY area and there aren't any unfortunately. I've heard that London Bridge, which is in Allentown, Pennsylvania, about 90 to 120 minutes from NYC, is closing.

That's why shows are important. Nothing like seeing and touching the merchandise (even though George has a big "Don't Touch" on his tables).

These are the ones I know of in NY State area. Deal mainly via Internet these days, going to East Coast Show, eBay, and the shops in Gettysburg, PA.

That is sad. {sm2} I would of thought due to it's proximity to the Academy, it would survive the recession.

Some friendly advise. If you do make it to Gettysburg Miniature Soldiers, which is a great store. Pull into his parking lot very very slowly if you want to keep your oil pan and the front end of your car
