There was a report on the news a couple of weeks ago about a 3D printer that can already make car keys!

Exactly. I know these printers already exist but they are very expensive. I'm thinking in 25 years, many of us will have some form of this printer in our homes.

It'll be interesting how CAD software develops from the complex system it is today into a scanner type thing, maybe even a handheld device which radiates a beam and takes measurments on a 1:1 scale and records colors and such.

25 years ago, running a mainframe and just about any computer system required a pretty technical understanding of code and networking. Their operating systems were absolutely nothing like what we have now.

I wouldn't be surprised if prices for the types of things I'm talking about begains to come into reach within 10-15 years.

Intellectual property rights will have to adapt real fast.

Because it helps complete their Naps line. Could be other cavalry regt to go with the Greys. KC already has several French horse regts but only one British.

Sorry, thought you were referring to modern day ceremonial Lifeguards not Napoleonic. Trooper
