Recently, Toy Soldiers France held their Mondial de Modelisme 2007 at which they presented some breathtaking dioramas, mostly of King and Country, but also one of John Jenkins. Amazing stuff. That is Fred Genard, the owner of Toy Soldiers France in the second photo.

I think they've got me beat. Now I need to go to France and do a little diorama relocation.

We'll need to bring some big bags and trick Fred when he's not looking. I think we now know why Gordon has been so busy.

Breathtaking

I'd love to see those in person.

WOW! That's really spectacular, the composition in the Diorama's is great, love the Crusader castle!

Joe,

Thanks. Pretty amazing dioramas. I subscribed about a month ago to their newsletter and the latest came in last with all this great photos that just floored me.

Jeff,

The name of the shop is Toysoldiers Paris and it's located at 12 rue Amelot in Paris. According to their newsletter, the exposition was held at Paris Le Bourget and I gather that they may not have been the only people there but I'm not sure.

Brad,

Thanks, typical isn't it. I've been to Paris a number of times but didn't know that this shop existed.
Certainly worth the effort to have a look next time.

Okay, Tony, Rob, Brad, and Pierre, meet me at the Museum for a planning session. I think we also need to bring in Ed (Halomeeps) as our Special Forces expert, and Chuck Harris (with his SOG experience) as our head planner. Then we can clean out Fred and redistribute those fine items to our deserving collections!
