Norman Joplin, Antique and Vintage Toy Soldier and Figure Researcher, Author, Appraiser & Valuer and, more importantly, one of the nicest guys in the toy soldier hobby, will be appearing on the popular Public Broadcasting System show “History Detectives,” with a storyline about old Elastolin and Lineol Composition Figures purchased from the son of a German Spy living in NY.
