Thats a bummer. I'm really looking forward to pictures of those WW1 French.
WW1 French, when, where, what do you mean? I am in on those, vive la France!
Paulo
It is not clear to me how you can be sworn to secrecy about something that was on public display or revealed in a public conversation? That suggests they were not shown or publicly mentioned.I believe Normandy1944 mentioned something about WW1 French that Andy had on display or mentioned when he was in Paris recently.
I sent Normandy a PM trying to get more info, but he is sworn to secrecy about it!
What is WW1 without the French in their adrian helmets?

It's called a leak. Meaning that the person sworn to secrecy also includes not telling the world you were told something about K&C WW1 French figures in secret. Of course, when Andy says "this is just for the people here today" that's the leak. IMO, face-to-face, Andy is not good at keeping secrets by way of dropping obvious hints, let alone giving advance notice to "just you people".
He is obviously having way too much fun.

I would also like to see the early war French uniforms, infantry, cavalry, and the artillery with it's 75mm gun. Britains did a fine job with their French releases but haven't done the 75mm gun. Come on, someone do the 75 with early war gunners, please. -- lancerGood call, but personally for starters I'd prefer 1914 French, infantry in red trousers and cavalry in pre-horizon blue uniforms to add spectacle against the field gray uniforms of the Imperial German Army.
Perhaps, K&C may release the early stuff like they did with the British and Germans before moving to tin helmets and mud.

A secret shared with two can be a secret. A secret shared with three or more is a press release, not a leak. There is no reasonable expectation of confidential treatment under such circumstances. It's called a leak. Wouldn't mind seeing the Poilu in horizon bleu either. No reason both can't be done. I would also like to see the Russian brigades that fought on the Westfront with the French Army represented. Still need the French artillery. -- lancerSomeone delete those post about early war French, I want the dirty blue long coated, trench fighting, "Paths of Glory" French!

And thank you Rob for your Wise words:
