toysoldiers paris show (1 Viewer)

I have heard that Andy puts out info at every show. I don't seriously believe he thinks it will stay secret for long and it creates some excitement and anticipation. It's also a good tactic to get buyers to wait for the new stuff until after Christmas before spending on something else.
I am too cynical :eek::D

If he does than no he couldn't.;):rolleyes:

Me and my big mouth.
I'm sorry gentlemen, but I tell little too early
about two weeks, we know what comes from WW I

richard.

Why should you be apologetic. As Bill said, if you tell a secret to someone, then it's not a secret. It's one thing to tell something to one person in confidence, but quite another when you tell a roomful of people. There can be no expectation of privacy in that.

Maybe true but then when you ask people who were there what he said, you get one of those "I can't tell you, I'm sworn to secrecy" ludicrous comments. Good marketing, that's for sure.

I don't think there is a problem really.If Andy tells me something in confidence then it stays in confidence.If he tells a gathering then its bound to be passed on,I don't see the problem?.:confused:

I wasn't singling you out nor did I even mention your name:confused: However, I agree with you: one on one stays secret but one on two or more is not a secret anymore.

Andy did mention that K&C are working on projects for summer next year,can you imagine all the stuff thats coming between now and then that we don't know about,I wonder if I could get a job as a cleaner in his workshops;)

Rob

Rob,

From what Andy has told me in the past, they now plan about one year into the future, which makes a lot of sense, similar to what other businesses do.
