I started out collecting Britains but one day at a Toy show, I saw some of Andy's fine work and stopped buying the Britains and now my kids will have to go to a cheap college so I can keep on collecting (LOL) King & County. Our hobby is evolution in progress. The early WW II stuff was glossy with "clown faces" and Andy has pushed the hobby to a new level. Now we have others after our $$$ and attempting to knock K & C off the pedestal. HB being a business for profit studied the market and what was being bought and improved on what was the standard of the day. Look at the K & C VN series, some of the figures look BAD compared to today's stuff. (I still want one !)it changed it got more realistic, it got better detail. Now its Andy's turn to boost his workmanship up a notch which I'm sure he will....
