I recently purchased a Beau Geste Delhi Durbar elephant (Travancore) which I was particularly excited to get as they are fantastic pieces. Upon arrival, the elephant had some paint chip damage in the tail. Treefrog immediately offered to overnight the replacement at their cost and was very assuring about the process. I am sure we all buy soldiers on line and rarely encounter a problem. The true sense of a store's service is how they react if there is a problem. Treefrog stepped up and demonstrated to me that they are a class act. I encourage all collectors to buy from them.

Glad you have shared a positive experience with Treefrogs, like many here.
The one thing I'm pretty sure about, is that there aren't many members who need encouragement to buy. Encouragement to keep money in the bank, now that's a different story.
