Hi all -
In case you tried to call Treefrog today...our fine phone company 'installed' our phone service at out new location today (this disconnecting the current one). Problem is that we're not moving there for 2 weeks!
After repeated calls and assurances that it had been taken care of, HRH finally got on the phone and set things straight.
Everything is back in order now. So if you called and got a weird message today...now you know why!
Ah, the joys of moving....the internet company did the same thing last week!
