Dio Base.jpgKelly's Rock.jpg Quick way to do a dio of a rocky forrest...Twigs from the garden used for trees (cover with plasticine or putty or whatever)...steel wool used as tree tops and bush's.....Coarse or fine steel ...can do both jobs.....note...use a spray can to paint steel wool, painting by hand will take forever.......Rocks can be made by wetting news paper...squeezing it into a basic shape,,,then covering it with plasticine or putty or whatever (Whatever being any other substance you may already use) or you can soak the newspaper in a mixture of a thick dough made with ..flour and water,,roughly shape on board and ,allow to dry...this is a cheap way to make high area's which can then be painted and covered with tree's and rocks.....once finished you can run your tanks down the road or do a stage coach hold up...any number of things.....hope this helps a bit,,,cheers TomB

You use a very strange product for you dioramas. You have a great imagination and show great way's of using differen't product's to get the result's you are looking for. Loved your train and the timber on your trees. Keep posting as I alway's look to see what you have made. Chris.
