Trophy Egypt & Sudan 13 Set Vignette (1 Viewer)

I am offering for sale a Trophy 13 set vignette of an Egypt & Sudan Highland square being attacked by Dervishes and Fuzzy Wuzzies. Two of the sets are Mounted Dervishes and four others are hand-to-hand. The Highland Regiments from the Highland Brigade Range are the Gordons, the Camerons, and the Argyll & Sutherlands; plus the Highland Light Infantry from the Egyptian War Range. The Dervish Army includes four sets. All 13 sets with 54 figures have their original Trophy boxes.

The Trophy Highland Brigade sets in the vignette are as follows:

HLS1 Gordons Command Set (mounted officer, officer w/flag, sergeant & drummer)

HLS4 Gordons Prone Firing Set (six prone firing with sand bags)

HLS5 Argyll & Sutherland at The Ready Set (three standing & three kneeling at the ready)

SS30 Gordons Advancing Set (officer, piper & four men with fixed bayonets advancing)

HTA1 Cameron vs. Fuzzy Wuzzy Hand-to-Hand Set (An officer is brought down by a savage spear thrust)

HTA2 Cameron vs Fuzzy Wuzzy Hand-to-Hand Set (A Highlander finishes off his adversary with his bayonet)

HTA3 Cameron vs. Fuzzy Wuzzy Hand-to-Hand Set (A private lunges out at a Fuzzy Wuzzy)

HTA4 Cameron vs. Fuzzy Wuzzy Hand-to-Hand Set (A private defends himself as best he can from a deadly sword thrust)


The Trophy Egyptian War set in the vignette is as follows:

EW5 Highland Light Infantry (officer, drummer, three standing firing & one loading)


The Trophy Dervish Army sets in the vignette are as follows:

SS39 Mounted Emir, mounted Dervish with spear & mounted Dervish with Rifle

SS40 Three Mounted Dervishes with rifle, sword & spear

SS43 Fuzzy Wuzzy with Banner and five standing

SS44 Fuzzy Wuzzy with Banner and five charging

I am asking $1235 plus shipping for this vignette which breaks down to $115 per six foot figure set or three mounted figure set and $50 for each two figure hand-to-hand set. I will provide photos of individual sets shortly.

This is Highland Brigade HLS5 THE ARGYLL & SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS AT THE READY SET. I can't say that I have seen many Highland Brigade A&S Highlander sets especially compared to the Gordons, Camerons, or Seaforths. Rather than a colored cloth helmet band like the other regiments have, they have a green hackle on the side of their helmets.

Since no one has expressed a serious interest in the Egypt & Sudan 13 set vignette, I have decided to sell the sets individually. What I don't sell here on the Forum, I will take to the January 2017 West Coaster Show to sell. I am selling the six figure foot and three figure mounted sets for $150 each plus shipping; the four Hand-to-Hand sets are $75 each plus shipping. If you buy three sets, the price drops to $125 each. For example, all four Hand-to-Hand sets would be $300 (75 x 4) or the equivalent of two regular sets, so by also buying one regular $150 set it would be discounted to $375 for all of them rather than $450 if you had bought them separately.

In addition to the sets in the vignette, the discount will also apply to any of the other $150 Trophy sets that I have put up for sale on the Forum. These include HLS3 Gordons, DEW2 Egyptians, GW34 Dragoons, M4 24th Regt, SAS10 City Imperial Volunteers, CWS2 Rifle Brigade, and EW Royal Irish.
