Trouble with Photobucket? (1 Viewer)

Really slow to load today. Worse last night. Maybe it's Comcast. I see the little lights on my modem going crazy.
 
I just uploaded some pics...no problem here...

try shutting down and restarting.

Possibly--Comcast stinks. My parents have cable Internet through Comcast, and the performance is awful with their Internet access, generally. I prefer my little local ISP. I have to use Verizon's lines, but otherwise, speed, and service, are excellent.

Also, Photobucket is often slow, too. The site loads relatively quickly, but it can take more than 30 seconds for the page to finish loading, and I find that uploading photos can take from 5 to 10 minutes to complete, from the time that I select the pictures in the file manager popup window, to the time that they are finally finished and the title, description and tag fields are enabled for entry. And that's only for 5 to 6 pictures in one pop. There have been times where some of the uploads in a batch failed, too, timing out, and I had to retry to get it to complete.

You may have hit a period of high traffic, too. Mike's suggestion is also a good one. I hit that, with my line, especially since I have a single line for phone and DSL. Incoming phone calls will sometimes interrupt my DSL signal, and I have to shut (power) down and restart, to reset the modem.
