hi everyone, I recently purchased a few sets of TSSD models to paint. a couple of sets off the internet and a set from a local hobby store in australia. unfortunately all the sets were missing tiny pieces... a bit disappointing.... However an email to the company voicing my unhappiness was met with a very nice and professional reply and within a few weeks I found a small parcel in the mail with the replacement parts. I must say what great company service!!!!! I cannot wait for the future sets this company has planned to release.

That happens in shipping especially in the header bags. I blame the QC/QA depts. at the manufacturing source in China for not training the sorters.

My experience with TSSD has also been good. Nice people to!

This sounds like the excellent service I have always had with Nick and DeAnna at TSSD. Very nice folks, and always willing to help their customers.
