Today is a good one on TCM. First, at 9:30 AM EST, is The Bridge on the River Kwai. At 12:30 PM EST is Lawrence of Arabia. At 4:30 PM EST is Gandhi. These are all tremendous movies and a great alternative to the Daytona 500.:wink2: -- Al

You beat me to it Al. A couple of days ago they had Seven Days in May. What a great movie. I used to love those Fletcher Knebel movies.

That is a terrific show. One of those films where I always end up watching it, regardless of how many times I've seen it. Works really well in black and white, has a fantastic cast and storyline. Lancaster is unbeatable. -- Al
