I know I,m getting old and certain things aggrevate me in my old age, but tonight while watching the local news, they interviewed 5 year old children asking them what they thought of the tv industry switching from analog to digital in June.
As I cursed at the tv, being everyday they post the minutes and hours until the change, my wife yelled at me for being so crabby.
I immediately coldcocked her, knocking her of her seat, JUST KIDDING!
She,s recovering nicely, But what do these TV stations take us for?
What ever happened to real news?
But then real news depresses me also, That,s when I retire to my basement and look at my soldiers.
But I do that in secret as my wife would look at me funny then too!
Anybody else suffering froim these maladys?

I do not know Gary. I watched part of the Memorial service for the OPD officers. That certainly was sad. Sometimes it is depressing. Why they ask five year olds anything is beyond me. All we get is parroting from their teachers or parents.

There is no real news anymore IMHO. I gave up the agenda driven media circus that is served up in those clothes some time ago. You are missing nothing and will be much happier for it.

I would recommend listening to the BBC if you can get it but local news is generally a wasteland.
