Ultrasonic cleaning of toy soldiers (1 Viewer)

I have successfully used a small ultrasonic cleaner with fantastic or pine sol to remove paint from crevices on Marx figures when soaking and scrubbing with a soft tooth brush does not get it done. Does anyone know in theory if using the ultrasonic cleaner for a few minutes with a cleaning solvent and no heat cause damage to the figures?

I have never heard about this, only thing I would say is use some damaged or cheap soldiers to see what happens in the long run.
