A Union Field Hospital using Britains and Forward March figures. A typical leg amputatation which was a daily occurrence on ACW battlefields. Among the resting soldiers life goes on: reading a letter from home, having a cup of coffee or playing the harmonica.

wow nice job! Don't think I've ever seen something like this. The only thing that could've made it better (IMHO) is maybe to have a few more accessories like boxes, barrels, weapons, etc. But other than that fantastic!

Great job. I made a similar one with the Alamo Mexican troops after the battle. Could I see yours in color? Great job.

Thank you Louis and Col Pickle. Yes a few more accessories would be good. I don't own too much from the Civil War period--mostly a WWII collection. Below the color original before photoshop to make it look vintage.
