I really like this and I think it's a great idea. It would be better if you could yellow up the lights a bit to make them look like older lighting...assuming your trying to achieve realism.

Thanks for the compliment. Every diorama I have lit this way, up until now, has been yellowed. Since I never know who is actually going to buy one, I have to make a very broad approach, I have customers who have specifically asked that I have some available for more modern armor. This also allows it to be brighter. That's why there are no tread marks, foot prints or anything too era specific here. However, if one wants, it would be easy enough to apply a thin yellow clear coat to these lights as well to "age" them , whereas, it would be downright impossible to work it the other way around- I just wouldn't turn them on until it had thoroughly dried.
